Registering your business can be difficult.  I've took out time to put together information packets of everything you need to know.  Going through this process myself took me time because I studied everything myself and took business course.  A lot of personal experiences with customers have also given me good insight about things to be aware of that can save your some serious money by avoiding fines/and possible time in jail.
